CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE: The contract is required to be fully and correctly completed, WITHOUT any modifications and properly signed.<br>

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a buyer’s premium<br>

Any disputes will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
