Position Overview:
We are looking for a licensed Auctioneer & Realtor who is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through auction and traditional real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in both auctions and real estate transactions, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of local markets.

Qualifications:
Valid Tennessee Real Estate License (required).
Tennessee Auctioneer License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Strong knowledge of auction practices and real estate transactions.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with Carthage and surrounding areas is a plus.
