Charlie Montgomery
A native of Murfreesboro, Tenn. Charlie started his working career at the age of 12 working in a grocery store previously owned by his father Comas formerly known as Montgomery's Market a full service grocery store and later became Wheeler's Market. He quickly worked his way up being able to run the store at the age of 18. While also working at the store, at the age of 16 Charlie started working for his father at Clyde White Realty and Auction Co. preparing upcoming auctions. While attending Middle Tennessee State University studying Business Administration and Marketing he worked for Heritage Farms Dairy (A Kroger Dairy Plant) where he was responsible for shipping and handling. Charlie was the President of the Middle Tennessee Auction Council for 2008-09 and served as a Director for the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtor's. He is the President of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtor's for 2012. Charlie received his realtor license in 1987 from the Tennessee Board of Realtors and his Auctioneering license in 1997 from the Nashville Auction School. Charlie has become Vice President of Comas Montgomery Realty and Auction Company, Inc. where he is the Auction Closing Coordinator. Charlie is an active member of the NAA, TAA, and TAR. He has a GRI and AARE designation. Charlie has three children, Chelsey, Spencer and Carter.
